ER Telecom: one million broadband subscribers by 2009?

ER Telecom, a CaTV operator and ISP, predicts that its base of broadband subscribers will exceed one million by the end of 2009. Since the beginning of the year the company has attracted 202,000 new subscribers, meaning that at present it provides services to over 800,000 broadband clients.
ER Telecom services are available in 17 Russian cities. After H1 2009 the company boasted 890,000 cable TV subscribers and 65,000 fixed-line telephony clients.
