Komstar and Bezeq join networks

The Russian telecommunications company Komstar-OTS and the Israeli company Bezeq International have signed an agreement to join networks. Both operators will be able to conduct direct calls to each other’s network, thereby delivering cost-effective and quality services. Bezeq is the first operator with whom Komstar-OTS has entered into an inter-network operation via the traffic exchange centre in London. Komstar already has 20 international joined network partners.
