Komstar acquires Kornet-AM

Komstar-OTS has acquired the UK-based firm Callnet Enterprises, which owns 100% of the Armenian telecommunications operator Kornet-AM. The latter is the leading communications operator in Armenia and provides digital communications services, broadband Internet access, data processing and corporate networking, using both fixed and wireless technologies. Kornet-AM’s clients are both private individuals and corporate organisations, including government and private companies.
