VolgaTelecom acquires Teleset Networks


2010-06-23

The telecommunications operator VolgaTelecom has acquired 98.19% of Teleset Networks PCL. According to the agreement, the Teleset shareholders were invited to sell their stocks at $0.85 per share, corresponding the company’s share value of $133.5m.
VolgaTelecom was founded in 2002 as an interregional telecoms company, and is owned by Svyazinvest holding.
