Symphonia, a mobile phone retailer based in Chelyabinsk, is reducing its store count by closing its unprofitable outlets. In particular, Pozitivniye Technologii will support Symphonia in the creation of a logistics system, optimisation of internal and external business processes, improvement in quality of customer service and staff motivation.
Since its foundation in 2002, Symphonia has opened outlets in Chelyabinks and Kurgan Provinces, as well as in the Khanty-Mansiisk and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Districts.
