Russian IT services market down


2010-07-16

The Russian IT services market shrank by 31.2% to $3.6bn in 2009, according to a study published by IDC. Government and financial organisations remained the biggest users of IT services in Russia with 19.6% and 18.6% of the market share in IT spending, respectively, followed by telecommunication (13%) and energy companies (12.9%).
