Rostelekom and Tsentrtelekom to create e-government infrastructure in Tula

Rostelekom, Tsentrtelekom and the Tula regional authorities have signed an agreement to create e-government infrastructure in the Tula region for the local government to provide electronic information and communication services as part of its overall e-government programme. The infrastructure solutions supplied by Rostelekom are to be integrated with those of the federal government to provide local residents with regional government services via the Russian governmental service portal – www.gosuslugi.ru.
