Ministry of Communications to provide accreditation to IT companies

The Russian Ministry of Communications has taken over the provision of government accreditation of IT companies in Russia. This service was previously delivered by the Federal IT Agency. Accreditation in the IT sector will be carried out annually. The government accreditation provides IT companies with insurance payment benefits. IT companies applying to be accredited must employ over 50 staff and generate 90% of their revenue from IT services.
